Tóm tắt

An education program to help students increase their cognitive level in undergraduate school would set the base for their education at graduate school. We see two different stages in the early stage of 'logical thinking' and identified them using some assessments. Students at the first stage are just using the correct equations in the textbook. However, the logic of students at the second stage is reasoning of the correct law, which is important for practical use. Instructors should check what stage of logic their students use in order to prepare them for higher education at graduate school. © 2019 IEEE.
