Nowadays, it focuses on fostering talented individuals that can adapt quickly to society instead of cultivating humanity and basic literacy. Therefore, this study focused on developing a new curriculum based on the NCS vocational skills, which is supported and implemented throughout the country. And, we were able to conduct a newly-developed curriculum by following the procedures of the mixed development model using the advantages of existing research papers. By following the procedures of mixed development model, we analyzed the General Education Curriculum in 2015 and the vocational competency needed throughout the entire course by its order of priority and importance, which were applied in the liberal arts curriculum in 2016. After operating the liberal arts curriculum in 2016, we conducted a feasibility evaluation of the new general education curriculum by evaluating the satisfaction of teachers, learners and expert group. © 2017 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved.
